Open Up helps patients at Torbay Health and Wellbeing Clinic

Open Up works to support mental wellbeing services. It funds projects like this that go beyond what the NHS can provide. Helen Williams, Flow Manager at the clinic, said, “We’re so grateful to Open Up for helping us get the recliner chair. It’s a simple change, but it means so much to our patients. They feel listened to and cared for, which is so important.”

This project is a great example of how we helps make care better for people across Devon. By listening to feedback and supporting small improvements, the charity shows how little changes can have a big impact.

Thanks to Open Up, the Torbay Health and Wellbeing Clinic is now a more welcoming place where patients can feel valued and cared for.
